CORPORATE SERVICES
ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL:
- Payables and receivables
- Budget preparation & analysis
- Accurate & timely financial statements
ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Working knowledge of Governing Documents
- Assist in adoption & enforcement of rules & regulations
- Address owners/tenants concerns relating to the property
- Maintain a complete system of office records
- Receive, answer & instigate all correspondence on behalf of the
property
- Prepare & distribute meeting notices, minutes, proxies, agendas,
ballots & all necessary documents for meetings in accordance with legal
documents & Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS)
- Attend, organize, and moderate meetings
- Preparation & distribution of newsletters
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure the common areas are
maintained
- Study & continual evaluation of ways to improve service &
facilities from the standpoint of quality, efficiency & economy
- Present those requests pertaining to "improvements" to the Owner
or Board of Directors of the property
- Seek bids for contracted site services when requested by the Owner or
Board of Directors
- Maintain a twenty-four (24) hour emergency service
- Ensure the contractors & subcontractors performing work for the
project have adequate insurance coverage
DEVELOPER/BUILDER CONTROLLED ASSOCIATIONS:
- Governing Document review & consultation
- Rules & Regulations development
- Assist Developer/Builder in fulfilling their responsibilities to the
Association in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS)
- Assist Developer/Builder in relations with Homeowners
- Assist Developer with transition of association to homeowners control
