In April of 2026, we had a change to our management contacts at RPMG supporting the Pivot Development. We are now supported by the team of Katie Miller, manager and her assistant Kim Dechirico. Personally, I am extremely pleased with this change. We have received outstanding support and assistance from this team both is responding to issues and being proactive in bringing items to the board’s attention for information and/or action. Our e-mails are responded to quickly and responsibly and this team is very up to date on HOA rules and regulations which makes our job much easier as a board. By receiving both accurate and timely information, our ability to service the community has vastly improved since this change. Overall, we have seen a great improvement in both the timeliness of the support and the quality of that support. Both of these individuals are extremely well qualified to perform their duties in a most professional manner. Their personalities are also very well suited to their work. I for one am very pleased with this team and hope to work with both of them for a long time.

Hayden and Carolina have been excellent to work with in managing our property in Henderson. They’re always patient with our questions and quick to respond or at least acknowledge our messages, even when they don’t have an immediate answer. They stay on top of current housing market trends and landlord-tenant laws, which gives us confidence that our property is being managed correctly.
