Alisa has in excess of 35 years of expertise in the real estate management industry and opened RPMG January 2, 2002. Alisa is a Licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and holds a Property Management Permit.

Alisa served as President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA) as well as co-chair of the Nevada State Apartment Association. She also served as President of the Nevada Communities Association Institute (CAI) and Community Associations Management Executive Owners (CAMEO).

Alisa has made Nevada her home for more than 40 years.

Jessalyn “Jess” Sims is a licensed Salesperson, Property Manager and Supervisory Community Manager through the Nevada Real Estate Division and REALTOR through the National Association of REALTORS. She has been a long-term employee and is responsible for overseeing the general operations of RPMG.

Jess has a straightforward, customer first approach to real estate management. Her philosophy is to be communicative, dedicated, and trustworthy. She genuinely cares about her client’s best interest and works hard to ensure that their property is being well managed and maintained.

She has earned the CMCA® designation (Certified Manager of Community Associations) through CAMICB and the AMS® designation (Association Management Specialist) through CAI (Community Association Institute).

Cynthia joined RPMG in April, 2010, as Accounting Manager and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January, 2021. She has extensive experience in HOA and management company accounting with over 35 years’ experience.

Cynthia was employed by two National Companies before joining our team and has been a Las Vegas resident for fifteen years. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting staff and operations and the review of all financial reports.

Cynthia is very detailed and customer service oriented and is excellent at communicating with HOA Boards regarding any concerns or questions they have.

Doris “Dori” Sampson has been with RPMG since 2005, graduating from University of Phoenix in 2007 with BA in Business Management.

She has been a community manager since 2014, she has her supervisory CAM with the Nevada State Real Estate Division, and is the RPMG IT Guru. Dori is a native Nevadan and happy to be in a position that allows her to work with residents keeping their communities beautiful and well maintained.

She works closely with board members and feels an important aspect of her role is to provide owners the opportunity for a lifestyle that is peaceful and balanced.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Hayden Perdue brings valuable local knowledge and a genuine connection to the community he serves. As a REALTOR®, licensed real estate sales agent, and Property Manager with Real Properties Management Group, Hayden assists clients with all of their single-family home needs, whether they are buying, selling, or seeking professional property management.

His experience in both real estate sales and property management allows him to provide knowledgeable guidance through every stage of property ownership. Hayden takes a hands-on and personalized approach, helping owners protect their investments while providing residents with clear communication and dependable service.

As a graduate of the Biology program at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Carolina began her professional career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

In 2002, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she embraced new opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures. Driven by a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals, she obtained my Nevada Real Estate License in 2004 and earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation the same year.

Since beginning her real estate career, she has successfully assisted buyers, sellers, and investors while building a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Terri serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
